Get some fresh air with the BALCONERA Color planter! The balcony planter, with its matt Color surface, is an eye-catching style element and brings beautiful, colorful highlights to even the smallest balcony. Whether it’s a blooming sea of flowers, aromatic herbs, or tasty vegetables, we leave it entirely up to you to decide what to plant in your balcony planter.
The balcony planter’s high workmanship ensures that the planter is weatherproof and can withstand wind and weather. But even in the hottest weather, the BALCONERA Color balcony planter won’t let your plants down: thanks to the integrated irrigation system with a large water reservoir, balcony plants receive sufficient liquid and are well cared for even on hot days.
Rainwater can easily drain away after removing the overflow screw on the underside of the container, thus avoiding waterlogging. You can easily plant the interchangeable plant inserts on the floor or table thanks to the retractable handles, and insert them into the balcony box later.
The container can thus remain on the balcony railing without having to be dismantled. BALCONERA Color comes with a removable plant insert in sizes 40 and 50, and two plant inserts in sizes 80 and 100, which can be planted individually. These can also be swapped as you like, because the inserts from BALCONERA 40 fit into BALCONERA 80, and the inserts from BALCONERA 50 fit into BALCONERA 100.
The BALCONERA Color balcony box is available in many different colors and sizes. It can be perfectly combined with other containers with a color surface. Matching accessories: The balcony box holder and the support are available separately and are the ideal addition to the BALCONERA.

Classic system
Simply place the plant with LECHUZA-PON in the planter liner or directly in the planter.
LECHUZA planters consist of an external and an internal pot. Pots are different in height and due to this difference, a space is formed inside – a container for water.
There are drainage holes in the inner pot through which the water flows into the substrate. LECHUZA-PON draws moisture from a water tank.
A wet zone forms. For the first three weeks, the plant leaves its roots in the wet zone and begins to take the optimal amount of water and fertilizers for itself.
Wick system
Quick and simple, the wick allows you to keep small plants in their pots when planting them in the planter.

- Free UK Mainland delivery on all orders over £30.
- Any orders under this value of £30 will be charged a £3.99 delivery fee.
- All advertised delivery charges, including those for “Free delivery”, are applicable solely to UK Mainland addresses. Deliveries to Offshore postcodes will incur a fee ranging from £10 to £50.
- Delivery to the Republic of Ireland will be subject to a £50 surcharge.

Delivery time
We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. If an order item is on backorder you will receive it within 7-20 working days. Most orders are shipped via premium service provided by DPD Local with a 1-hour slot given on the day of delivery.
Heavy and bulky items are shipped via pallet carrier kerbside and delivered on a nominated delivery date.
Returns and Refund
- You have the legal right to refund if you return your faulty item within 30 days of receiving it.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We only replace LECHUZA planters under warranty if they are defective or damaged within the warranty period 3 years.
You must follow our planting instructions you receive with your order confirmation. Otherwise, a warranty claim could be declined
Collection orders customers will be called when the item is allocated to our Dunstable warehouse for collection. If you require a next day collection, please call first before ordering, we are distributed over 4 hubs and not all stock is allocated to the collection warehouse
