Delivery Cost

• We offer free delivery on all orders over £30 within the UK Mainland.
• For orders under £30, a delivery fee of £3.99 will apply.
• All advertised delivery charges, including free delivery, apply only to UK Mainland addresses.
• Deliveries to offshore postcodes (Scottish Highlands, all islands, Northern Ireland) will incur additional fees ranging from £10 to £50.
• For deliveries outside the UK Mainland free delivery zone or to the Republic of Ireland, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

Delivery Cost – Live Plants

• We offer free delivery on plant orders over £30.
• For plant orders under £30, a delivery fee of £3.99 will apply.
• Live plants are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only. We are unable to ship plants to offshore postcodes or to the Republic of Ireland.
• Where an order contains both live plants and planters, the delivery terms for live plants apply to the whole order.

Tracking Your Delivery

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• We use multiple trusted courier partners based on order size, weight, and destination.
• Tracking links and estimated delivery times will be provided when available.
• If tracking is not available for your order, we will inform you via email and provide delivery updates as necessary.

Delivery Time

• We aim to deliver your order within 1-4 working days after dispatch.
• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Processing Time: 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Friday) – time taken to prepare and package your order.
• Transit Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.

Delivery Time – Live Plants

• Processing Time: plant orders are processed and shipped within 14 working days. All compositions of plants and pots are made to order, which is why the lead time is longer than for our standard range.
• Transit Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.
• Plants are dispatched at the start of the week wherever possible, so that they are not held by the courier over a weekend.

Winter / Cold Weather Shipping

If overnight temperatures fall below 3-5 degrees Celsius, we will not ship live plants and will hold your order until the weather is suitable for shipping. This is to prevent frost damage to your plants during the overnight transit from our warehouse to your home.

Please bear this in mind, as it can extend the advertised lead time for delivery. We will keep you informed by email if your order is being held.

Receiving Your Plants

• Please inspect your plants upon delivery and notify us immediately if a plant is damaged.
• Plants are living, perishable items, so any claim for damage made after the plant has been delivered and unpacked cannot be accepted.
• Unpack your plants as soon as they arrive and follow the care instructions supplied with your order. Full details are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Taxes and Duties

• All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
• Customers within the United Kingdom are not required to pay any additional taxes, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery.

Delivery Delays and Exceptions

Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, courier delays, or public holidays. For live plants, delivery may also be postponed because of cold weather, as described above. We appreciate your understanding during such events.

Planters

We only replace LECHUZA planters under warranty if they are defective or damaged within the warranty period 3 years. You must follow our planting instructions you receive with your order confirmation. Otherwise, a warranty claim could be declined.

Live Plants

Live plants are not covered by the 3 year planter warranty. Plants are living, perishable items, and their condition after delivery depends on the care and growing conditions you provide.

All plants are unique and one of one. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the plants as pictured. However, there can be differences in height, shape and density of the crown, as well as in the number and size of buds, due to the growing season of each plant type. This natural variation is not a defect and is not covered by a warranty claim.

Plant width dimensions are based on crown density. This is the width of the top of the plant and not the size of the planter the plant is placed in. Crown width can vary depending on the growing season and may be bigger or smaller than the listing dimensions.

Please inspect the plants upon delivery and notify us if a plant is damaged. Any claims for damages made after the plant has been delivered will not be accepted, as plants are living perishable items. Where a plant is supplied planted into a LECHUZA planter, the planter itself remains covered by the 3 year warranty above.

Collection Orders

Collection orders customers will be called when the item is allocated to our Dunstable warehouse for collection. If you require a next day collection, please call first before ordering, we are distributed over 4 hubs and not all stock is allocated to the collection warehouse.

Please note that live plants and made to order compositions are not available for next day collection, as they are prepared to order.
