We only replace LECHUZA planters under warranty if they are defective or damaged within the warranty period 3 years. You must follow our planting instructions you receive with your order confirmation. Otherwise, a warranty claim could be declined

Collection orders customers will be called when the item is allocated to our Dunstable warehouse for collection. If you require a next day collection, please call first before ordering, we are distributed over 4 hubs and not all stock is allocated to the collection warehouse.
